Abstract
The development of an efficient strategy for rehabilitation of water mains
is becoming increasingly urgent with continuing pressure from regulatory
bodies and aging pipe infrastructure. This paper describes an ongoing project
with Severn Trent Water and South West Water using Artificial Intelligence
techniques with the aim of developing an intelligent framework for rehabilitation
planning.
