Formats for contributions

The following ways for contributing to the discussion threads are preferable.

1. Create a page on your website with your comments and send me the address to link to.  This is preferred especially for lengthy items with figures etc.  It also establishes your background, while saving me time.
2. Send me an email if this is simpler for you.

In either case, it would make it easier for me to maintain this service if you could copy and use the following template.  I am always open to advice and guidance.

From:                 Your name and email address (should be on your email)
Date:                  This helps to establish a storyline (should be on your email)
Subject:             The discussion thread which you wish to address 
Status                NEW/EXISTING - it will help me decide where to shunt it.
Additional info   Any specific question/comment which you are addressing - I'll try to crosslink these.
Location            Your web page address; leave blank if sending comments via email. 
Proposal           If you wish to make a specific proposal which you would like others to vote on. 
                         Proposals will be listed separately.
